IBD CHARACTER SERVICE SUPPORT OCTOBER 2026
IBDC SERVICE LEVEL
IBDC / SLA / 01
This SLA provides a general framework for how IBD Character handles service communication and support. Specific projects, quotations, products or collaborations may include additional requirements agreed separately between the relevant parties.
01 / SCOPE

Service scope

This SLA applies as a general framework to communications concerning IBD Character products, scientific services, research requests, project discussions and related support.

Specific service levels may differ depending on project complexity, product availability, supplier requirements, technical scope and any separate agreement established with the customer or research partner.

02 / SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Service availability

IBD Character aims to provide responsive communication during its normal business operations. Availability may vary according to business hours, holidays, technical conditions and the nature of the requested service.

BUSINESS HOURS Requests are normally reviewed during regular business operations.
PROJECT SUPPORT Active projects may follow communication schedules agreed with the customer.
TECHNICAL EVENTS Temporary delays may occur due to technical or external conditions.
03 / RESPONSE TIMES

Communication and response

IBD Character aims to acknowledge incoming requests within a reasonable business timeframe. Response time depends on the type and complexity of the request.

GENERAL INQUIRY Initial review normally targeted within 1–2 business days.
PRODUCT REQUEST Availability and technical requirements may require additional review.
PROJECT REQUEST Complex projects may require scientific and technical assessment before response.

These timeframes are general targets rather than guaranteed delivery commitments unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
